Studio 8230 is a made-to-order brand.
All Studio 8230 pieces are handmade by Ashley & are then packed & shipped from our studio in Northern Italy. If our order capacity is reached, we will close the shop & announce reopening dates via Instagram or newsletter.
Orders are processed Monday-Saturday, excluding major holidays. Please expect a production time of TEN BUSINESS DAYS plus delivery time following submission of your order. Any changes will be communicated prior to order placement.

SHIPPING COSTS
All Studio 8230 orders are sent tracked & signature required using DHL carbon neutral shipping to ensure the safest (& most earth friendly) delivery. If you would like your order to be sent without a signature required, please leave a note at checkout.
Actual shipping costs will be displayed at checkout & are calculated according to the weight of your order & where you are located.

DELIVERY TIME
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification which will also include a tracking link. Estimated shipping times shown during checkout do not include our production time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT TERMS
All orders placed outside of Italy &/or the European Union are shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid) & may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, & fees levied by the destination country. Please check your local customs website for more information.
